I used actual cartoon as my reference. not some comic book. however I am a bit interested  about that comic book. if you could remember the name I'll be glad to look in to it.

They might have been talking about Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi on snafu comics. That's the only one I can think of.

You know, I always thought they would look better with hands, feet, noses & ears. Yeah I know, call me crazy, but that's what I've always thought.
