Or as I affectionately call him: England.
Take away anything else from this show as you will, but one thing I always found cool was the fact that countries were represented through human analogs, with hilarious rapid fire political humor and strong stereotypes all over the place. The only webcomic I think is more accurate is Polandball. (My headcanon: Hetalia designs, with Polandball personalities.)
