Thank you! They're pretty darn tasty--I put them in the freezer and I'm still munching on them!

I kinda winged it buuuuut this is pretty much what it was:
1 + 1/3 cup rice flour
2 cups brown sugar
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 ripe banana
1/4 stick of butter
Vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Greased small baking pan (I have what I thiiink is an 8 inch pie pan) poured half the mixture then added a layer of sliced strawberries and poured the other half. Baked at 350 until a toothpick came out clean (I think it was about forty minutes).
After eating it, I'm not so certain strawberries were the best idea. I think next time I'll forego both the bananas and the strawberries and use an egg or two and some instant coffee--and beef up the vanilla extract. I put them in the freezer for about twenty minutes and they were pretty tasty cold!
