Description
This is a tattoo idea of angel wings with darkened tips that I want for my shoulder blades. It's simple and probably cliche, but it means a lot to me.

Why wings? I've always been fascinated with them. Ever since I've started drawing, wings would come up a lot. they're beautiful, which is why I am using them for my AP Art concentration. I'm also a big fan of personal freedom. I've always thought of myself as my own leader and free thinker. The first thought that comes to my head when I hear the word freedom is wings. As for the darkened tips, they show that I'm not quite the perfect good angel made from the hands of God. Rather, that I am my own type, and that I am not "pure". I know that might be a strange and rather pessimistic addition, but the idea really isn't as negative as it sounds....kinda hard to explain. And most importantly, if I were to get a tattoo, I would want it to be of my own art/concept. I'm born an artist, and I want my art to live with me and to be by my side even through death.

I wish I could enable critiques, but I haven't purchased a subscription...yet >_>

But I really do want critique for this. I already noticed the darkness on the tips isn't evenly distributed...this was more apparent because I used photoshop to darken it xD Anyways, other things I want to know...How is the feather size? Should there be shading on the outside or leave it plain? How is the feather distribution? etc.

Just don't complement me on my symmetry, I cheated. xD

I'm not planning to get this right when I turn 18 (2 months from now) since it's a growing concept and I really want to make sure that everything is PERFECT.

Btw, I wish I could have drawn bigger, but once I started drawing, it only took up like 1/4 of the paper heh >>;
