Alright, so everyone's going on about how intensely sad this is and how suicide is bad. Buuuut, all I can think is:

I've seen this idea done horribly so many times before (and how, it's a ridiculously "emo" concept), and I think this is the first time I've seen the concept done in a decent photograph.
Good composition, tone, and clarity. Not sure what else to say.

It represents the feelings many of us (perhaps I'm wrong and its only a few) have sometimes.
Great work. But still sad ( ...I think its stupid to call it just "great" when it has a background with sad feelings of you).

the way your lips wrap the barrel loosly and delicatly is so beautiful. in a way you have broughten a look of love for death into the pic. i hope you understand what i mean or im gonna sound insane...

uhmm suicide... there are two kinds of people who do suicide: those who havent had a any chance to live and those who have had too much from life. in both cases, ppl think it will give rest to their souls but its always at the expense of their loved ones. i think its not the solution. only death has no remedy.
about the shot, i like the colours and that eyeliner (or whatever) down her face denotes she has been crying and that adds a bit more of tragedy to the situation. i love this one.
