Description
My first attempt at making a Pulsar
it's not as dilated as I'd like to make it. doesn't quite have the impact that I wont.
I also hope to ad a Particle system but as it stands I don't have the skill to make it come out right
Anyway hope you like it and as always any comments and critiques are appreciated.
