Time to put another Overwatch Character into an anime. Out all of them, I reckon Tracer is the best definition of "hero", and I do see her attending a British hero school like UA.Name: Lena Oxton

Quirk: Forwards/backwards
She produces chromaton particles in her body and use them to jump herself (and anyone else) forwards and backwards in time by a few seconds. On herself she can blink forwards several times before needing to recharge or use more particles to recall backwards in order to escape or heal herself. using the particles on another person can displace them in another point in time by a few seconds
She possess twin machine pistols that shoots non-fatal bullets charged with Chromaton particles as well as a pulse bomb that displaces anyone in a large area. The devices she wears controls how far forwards and backwards she goes
