umm it's been a while since i've uploaded or it least it feels that way

since then,
i got a job in retail (an area of work that's new to me)
and it's been more exhausting (emotionally and physically)
than i had initially predicted. i have a lot of newfound respect
for retail workers now; i didn't entirely understand what the job encompassed.
anyway, i have a lot less time for art now, both because of my work hours
and because i get too tired to do anything productive afterwards.

in addition, i recently lost my uncle and that's hard on its own,
but whenever i experience a death, i always feel like i'm reliving previous losses
and that i'm not only grieving the latest person, i'm grieving all the past ones too.
maybe other people have that same experience? i honestly don't know

i know everything will get better with time but for now i'm just... tired
