I spontaneously thought, that this pic captures a moment when this beautiful lady realizes that what she dressed up for, wouldn't occur. I am not sure if that stupid person denying her her wishes is present, or is just sooo late by now. But her lips just turn from awaiting to hopeless and slack, and her eyes start gazing far away...

"Sublime Womanhood"? That's not pretentious is it? "Lady of Distinction"? If I held up a mirror and the Lady screamed "OH MY GOD I"M GORGEOUS", that might work. If we'd seen look at your watch, we could offer..."I'm still waiting you Bastard!" Whichever title you eventually give this work, it will remain a firm favourite for many of us.Β
