you have a really impressive grasp and level of detail in your cities, and it's really rather charming. I also enjoy just how much you tend to give buildings more colorful palettes, stands out so much from the usual greys and looks lovely.
I feel the shadows are a bit conflicting in this, the giantess shadows are falling left, but the building shadow is going right, and no other shadows are falling left.

What caught my glance at the first sight was great perspective of this work. I like how you used the point of view to make it look like someone was looking from up to the buildings below, which makes the picture look very interesting. Also, the position of the buildings helps to build this perspective and makes picture look more 3D, givving it depth.
As for the colouring, I like the colours overall, and the shading too. despite the shading isn´t too complicated, it fits to the picture well.
The only thing about shadows which could be improved is respecting your source of the light. According to shadow of the closest yellow building, it seems that the light source is on the left upper part. But shadow of the female giant doesn´t respect that light source. It should be behind her back, not in front of her. With exterior, the only light source is probably sun, so there shouldn´t be multiple shadows pointing to different directions. It´s probably not what you notice on the first sight, but focusing on working with light and shadow makes pictures look better.

Okay, I can't tell you what it is, but I can tell you I won't do as good as the last fanart of her. I'll do my best.
