The monster has got to be the Demoman. I mean, Dash is only covered in blood, could equal only murder (but what she murdered could have made her a monster), the Flesh Pound is a monster but only in the sense of an enemy designed to induce fear as he is only a human pumped up with...stuff. Lastly, the Scout looks normal but we all know scouts are murderous little gits. Betting on the Demo with his eye glowing, making hima sort of stand out to otherwise normal creatures (Sorry for the long winded thing but I wanted to get my opinions out there.

He was human before Horzine got at him for cloning experiments. All of Killing Floors enemies were human before the experiments, even the Patriarch (Who is the CEO of Horzine). Its all on the wiki.
