Something tells me he said Goku instead of Luffy on purpose. This just seems more like a Luffy thing in general to me, I didn't even need to see that image to know that.

Guy's more of a daredevil than most characters like him, Goku, Naruto, etc, they have nothing on Luffy.

Course that's just anime characters and characters in the primary lead roles(you know, THE main character even when there's more than one main character), characters like Sonic(video game character) Captain Marvelous/GokaiRed(Tokusatsu, also a heroic pirate lol) and Rainbow Dash (american cartoon character, Twilight Sparkle is the primary lead) definitely contend with his level of daredevilry.
