A Reference sheet I guess?I did this last night, and finished it up this morning. I really don't know how this came out, because I was originally trying to draw a newt ._. a cute newt.
well, this is Mainje's new design I guess lol she looks alot like an Ayderus
because I can't decide what design I want to keep; the Ayderus or Mainje (if I pick Mainje, than her species will be called the Ayderus)this is my first REAL tablet drawing, not done fast
PLEASE! TELL ME WHICH DESIGN YOU LIKE BETTER! (the old Ayderus version or this one!)

hmmm... it would probable be big, like a Raptor to a duckbill or something lol but they would eat almost anything, even plants if food was low.

For some reason, this reminds me of the monsters in the movie Pitch Black or the Chronicles of Riddick, I don't know why though

Its a pretty good movie ^^
I think I like this one better, but I really like the deep-set eyes, the hard face, and the retractable jaw of the old one. Those features are pretty smart, especially for the environment you put it in.

i <3 this, only thing is the spelling errors. When it says that the long chest claw "peers there" should be peirces their"
and then there is where it talks about the glowing dots when its mad, they glow in "sink" should be "sync"
I love the design and i think that comprimise between teh two animal speices would look incredible.
And and this shows inspiration comes in odd ways, even if its just from a small little newt!

both designs are awesomeee but idk i kinda like the ayderus design better, as it is more alien-like (like you wouldnt see it on earth) .. but this one is cool too 
i think maybe a combo of both would be pretty awesome
