Finally done! I worked so many hours on this one...I've begun some month ago on this, and just finished it
I think my school can explain me why I had so less time for it to make -_-'
I had a test week, so I was busy with pushing information in my head, but it didn't fit quite well. So not all my marks are good ones... Aw well, I did my best, and with these marks I still go to the next year, so I shouldn't complain :3
Anyway, this is for 's contest. The deadline is tonight on 11:59 pm, so yea, I'm pretty late.
I think you guys should call me a 'last minute-artist'.
But hey, I still made it. So I'm happy to put it up now, since I was quite stressed I wouldn't make it.
The task was to make a red eyed cape buffalo, a red eyed leopard, a red eyed hyena, and Morrokko's spirit guardian Skyblaze (he's pretty bright, isn't he? XD )
I wish I had the ability to win this contest, but you guys should really see the other participants. They are so good!
You can see them in the journal of Morrokko, which is on the front page. I'm happy I don't have to decide who wins :3
Anyway, I enjoyed making this. I hope you like it too

It's just that my paypal isn't approved yet. Tomorrow I turn 16, so I'm hoping my mom will take me to get an ID, then I can get a student bank account. As soon as I get my account I can use my paypal. I can receive payments already, it's the sending it wont allow me to do.

I guess because it makes me envision people giving up because they don't think they'll have a chance placing. In all the other submissions I see people saying "So much for my piece placing."
Maybe I'm just picturing people being dramatic about it, and I feel guilty, but I think that's what it is. (I don't usually enter contests because of that, but I couldn't pass up the prizes).
I can't wait the hear the results of the judging, though.

you shouldn't be ashamed. In my opinion you create the feeling of participating. You're kindof inspirating you know. If I would have seen your picture before I made mine, I would work harder on mine because the competition is so great.
At least, that's my way of vision
But if you really think people feel bad now, as a matter of fact people haven't seen yours before they made their because the deadline is soon. It's good you're late I guess

Yeah, the fact I submitted it at the last minute makes me feel better. I didn't intentionally do it, but I think it was more subconscious. I'm just glad I made it at all. I was scared my internet was going to cut off and I wouldn't be able to submit by 11:59. I would cry then xDDD

Yea, I was pretty stressed about that too. I worked the whole day, and I use to take a photo of my work instead of scanning it. I prefer it, but you need the sun if you want to make it right.
I was totally freaking out when I saw my sun was turning away from our garden, so I worked as hard as I could XD.
