Thank you so much! It didn't take too long actually, which surprised me. Most of the painting was just long strokes and a matter of attempting to paint the right shadows and highlights. If I'd tried to make a more detailed and realistic robe it might have taken longer, but I was feeling impatient and lazy at that point, haha.

Thank you!! I was so lucky with the horse stock- I didn't have to do much body prep as it was already gorgeous, haha!

Gosh, thank you so much! I was really pleased with this one, especially after a few recent struggles with my graphics, haha. I kept your advice on keeping everything less contrasted and dark in mind, and tried to create a softer atmosphere on this one. c:

Ah, I'm glad. It does make me happy that I'm not the only one that struggles with a natural inclination towards making everything dark and moody! I think I'll have to be a bit more adventurous with my colours more often,as they normally do the trick; a happy change from lots and lots of black, haha.

I'm sorry the mane is long- I know on his design it's short, but I'd already done my flowy long mane and I was too pleased with this one to restart it!
