Sunday is the most boring day of the week.
I've got a lack of inspiration and I wanted to take a break from commissions, so, I made this.
I painted the eyes on a rough cardboard using ecoline colours. I scanned the drawing, copy/pasted it on the picture, had some post-processing-fun with filters ... and here it is!

Maybe I'll try other similar experiments, mixing traditional art with pictures is pretty funny.

For me, eyes are one of the most (if not THE most) important part in drawing. I prefer paintin' em traditionally, I still found digital colouring too much "aseptic" and I'm not able yet to put the right intensity.

Thanks for the information. I'll buying a few bits of digital gear soon as my payout for being run over on a pedestrian crossing comes through. Got 50k but after lawyers take their fee I'll be luck to get 25k. WTF they get 50% of my damages money and I got run over. Lawyers are the real criminals.
