well dragonair doesn hold the maximum amount of grace he/she would usually be able to pervey. also your dragonair looks a bit chubby... too many snacks :3

I guess I should've curved the body more.
And that's because Dragonair's body is widening towards the middle like a snake's, but since most of its body is underwater, it's not too prominent.

its horn is a pubic hair.
and the ball is supposed to be in the middle of the neck, in the pic it looks a little off.

hey how did you get the light nearly the sam but not quite in the water?

I used a gradient and changed the type to "noise". Then I erased it with the background color to make it northern lights. I smudged the lower gradient horizontally so that it looks rippled.

Thanks. :3 The ripples really weren't that hard. I took the background and drew a few wavy lines, then took white and traced them messily. Then I blurred the holy heck outta them. XD

As for a critique, the water actually looks really nice. The only issue I really have with this picture at all is the edge of the water should be more crisp and linear; since I'm assuming those ice caps/glaciers/snowy terrain in the background are well into the distance. Also, Remember to incorporate your source of lighting, although there are probably many here. ^^
Either way, I really like this. It looks like you put a lot of effort into it!
