They're kinda a gross species, 'reproducing' through the absorption of dead matter, be it plant, animal or humanoid. Some features shared across the different levels and types are that all Kiraya have semi-fluid black flesh that is never stable, but anchored by the body it’s attached to... sooo in the case of the animal or humanoid Kiraya, the skin, bones, and inner tissue of the body are occasionally visible as the shadowy 'flesh' shifts around.

This guy's Imaran. I love him, he's completely crazy.
