Good Idea but maybe the multiple light sources create a harshness of the facial shadows and give an otherwise youthful and pretty face a lumpy quality. Maybe going for a silhouette or a very strong unidirectional lightning source would eliminate some of those distracting qualities. Also the models leg and hip shape get sunk in the bed by her siting position, it would work for a heavy model whom you want to help conceal/minimize some leg width, but with a very slender and shapely model, maybe you want to sit her much closer to the beds edge (show those shapely calves and thighs). Hope these comments give you some ideas. Keep up the art!
