Feel free to color her! I just wanted to draw something different. So long hair + something I haven't draw in a while = Mermaid!

This is such a nice lineart! I really love the detail! Especially how you have her hair flowing definitely give the sense of being under water!

Well it depends on a couple of things. How far under the water you want her. (Just below the surface, half way or all the way.) What you would use to color the picture. And heck just because she's a mermaid doesn't mean she has to be under water. She could be swimming through someone's dream or a sky. Fun thing about not being specific. You have a lot of options to play with.
