If you don't get what Zuko's talking about....well, let's just say last time they met, he fireblasted low...(ouch..) >.<'
EDIT: First, I fixed the two typos on the page. Thank you for pointing those out!
Second, I should have clarified this page a bit more about the rag use. It's coated with a sleeping chemical called Chloral Hydrate. This is not something you use to take all willy-nilly, either.
The side effects if TOO much is inhaled or ingested can cause (abnormal) slow heart rate, breathing problems, nausea, and liver damage. For the whole review on it -> [link]
But not to worry, Zuko only inhaled a few breaths. So he's gonna be out of it until it wears off in several hours or over sleep.

For a moment there, Zuko looks so wicked, and then when the leader snaps, it's like he went totally demonic... and then tried to make Zuko shut up, and went berserk...

Yes. If there is too much inhaled or ingested, it can cause..."An overdose is marked by confusion, convulsions, nausea and vomiting, severe drowsiness, slow and irregular breathing, cardiac arrhythmia and weakness. It may also cause liver damage..." So, yeah. Not fun stuff if you're not careful with it.
