I've seen you experimented a bit with different design styles, well, if you narrow your field of interest and it's webdesign I'd say you made a good decision, because, you're obviously getting better at it.

well done ...you have improve alot
just few tips, add the blue color tone some where in the design, may be in 3 boxes
make the font consistent, you can use the Welcome message font into Bottom grey area
