Description
I borrowed a book that was about all different parts of the body, starting with hair.. There was a cool photo of a girl in silhouette with a light shining on her rainbow hair, so I used that idea here
..Then I wanted a background so I just stuck newspaper on and scribbled over it/painted it/tried to piece a particularly interesting article back together (kidnapper tried to sue his hostages when they didn't give him the money he'd asked for, ahaha XDDD)..
