Can anyone tell me what she's from.. If she is from something? There is a picture of her in my Obata artbook (which is my favourite possession because I idolise him XD) and I'm not sure if she's from an anime or just one of his creations. Either way, she's pretty cool, and there is a green eyeball on her ring...Anyways. Pen and markers, tidied on Photoshop.
