Sailor Nut, in her final, Eternal, form.Nut's been training and fighting her whole life to become a stronger senshi. After her team-mates achieved Eternal form before her, she was encouraged to work even harder, but it was only when she decided she would try to be the best at what she was, not who she might someday be, that she achieved her Eternal form. Life's funny that way, huh?
Apparently, this was the moment her crystal, the Evening Star, deemed her worthy, and all of the goddess Nut's power and strength was available to her now. Sailor Nut's fuku melted away, quickly replaced by her eternal gown/fuku, the symbol for Nut shining on her forehead and her braid finally coming undone. (There's some symbolism in there, but I don't quite know what it is.)
Phew, this took FOREVER...now for some well-deserved sleep.

Lol Super Sailor is the funnest part! And there is a big step from regular, to eternal! I am not sure her body could take the power yet! She might explode

Haha, she got skimpy! I like that she gets a princess dress instead of just adding stuff to her fuku. Those tend to look cluttered whereas this keeps the elegance. Unlike Tofubeast, I think her legs are fine. He arms look just a smidge long, but not terribly so.
I can't wait to see Nut evolving in the SMOCT! And the end of her first round.

As a character design sheet, this would work very well. As a piece, it could be composed a bit better. The bust portrait on the right could be a bit bigger, perhaps faded a little more in order to fit the page better.
I already voiced my opinion on the legs (could be a bit longer, maybe fix the pose a bit so it looks less unrealistic when it crosses over, watch the feet and the toes), but the rendering is very nice. I personally think that the main, full-sized picture could be bigger as well--perhaps the moon could take up more space to make it feel less like a character design reference sheet and more like an illustrative piece.
However, I really do like that you've worked in a lot of Egyptian motifs, and out of all the so-called "Egyptian styled magical girls", this one is the best design-wise.
