"My step-sister's in Slytherin..."Just a supah-quick doodle of my old Harry Potter OC, Mimi, and her older step-sister, Natasha. Mimi was sorted into Hufflepuff, and her step-sister is, obviously, a Slytherin. And they love each other very much. So there.
Natasha: "Look out, Mimi, I'm gonna tickle you!"

I have a hard time actually writing things down, but I like playing with Hufflepuff + Slytherin relationships (not romantic necessarily). It makes for a fun dynamic, depending on the characters.

I just like playing with Slytherin folks in general.
Well, not writing the canon Slytherins as kitten-loving, cooing schoolchildren, but...more like imagining a few random Slytherin student who aren't HOGAWD EVIL or all about blood purity or anything like that. I mean, come on--Slytherin is known for their students being cunning and ambitious, not evil. If Pettigrew came from Gryffindor, I like to think that there are some decent, quite-nice Slytherins.

Total agreement. I mean, even ignoring Peters, as so many tend to, there's a pretty wide range of characters in Gryffindor, there's no reason other house members should be exactly the same as each other, minus the oddballs like Luna.
