I love this shot, I love the placing of her hand and I love the chink of light you can see between her legs...

But since you asked for advanced critique... the upper left hand portion of the picture kind of spoils it for me. It's too light, over-exposed, whatever the correct term is... For me it detracts from the overall effect since the rest of the shot is so clear and vivid in its contrasts.... but hen that's just my personal opinion...
