I really love the lighting here. I think that is this pieces strongest point. Your ability to convey a natural yet surreal lighting is just awesome. It may or may not have helped to reduce the lighting on the 'models' back, but I think it is a minor point. It might also be worth adjusting the color of her skin to better suit the hues of the lights in the sky, but I'm not sure if that was the effect you were going for. My last nitpick (although it is a small one) is the position of the bird. I think a bit more off center would have helped the composition, either to the left or nearer to her head.
Lastly, I have to give you kudos for keeping the shadows so detailed, especially in her dress. Really a fantastic job there. It's so dark but I can still see everything, and that is very tough to do.

This is beyond amazing. Of course most of your work is. I definitely have to say that you have outdone yourself with this masterpiece. Everything is properly placed and not one thing is missing or messed up. The focus on the girls hair down to the 'flip' of her dress is wonderful. You made it so the viewers eyes go all the way around the picture.
I will start with each little thing I see.
The hair is lovely beyond compare. You did a wonderful job with the softness and detail of each strand. You made it realistic and that is really hard to do.
The dress itself is lovely. The loose strands give it that detailed feeling, as if the creator of the dress intended to do it. I do see some spots where the ruffles are repeated, but I had to look extra hard to spot them. Bravo.
The bird flying is perfectly out of focus, like it should be. Marvelous.
The city is also perfectly out of focus just enough so that the focus goes on the girl, however you can still see the windows and detail of the buildings. Perfection.
The color scheme, although mostly dark, still gives the girl a light brightness so that she still seems innocent just stuck in the hum drum of depression.
And the placement of your name/watermark is perfect, it doesn't take away anything from the picture. It makes it more professional.

Its really a pleasure to look for the whole details you painted in. The bird/crow is nice but there is something about it which I don't like. I looked really long at it and finally I think its the position the bird is flying (looks kind of the Phoenix). It's dark and at the same time magnetic. The detail of the dress and the girl's hair is incredible.
And the blurry background in contrast to the girl, adds a feeling of depth to the whole piece.
