10 from my dream. This isn't exactly what he looked like but I don't remember him fully. I do know he had some kind of frilly jacket thing on and he looked a great deal like 1.

Other things I can remember was that he was really mean and had a deep voice and he enjoyed beating up on 1.

He can basically get people do to what he wants through clever manipulation or force. He's not very peaceful and can get violent when people don't cooperate with him.

He's afraid of heights

Making things, being obeyed, females, and listening to classical music.

Dislikes
styrofoam, annoying sounds, including 12's voice, and stupid people.

Personality:
He's a bit of a control freak. He like to order people around and gets really annoyed when his orders are ignored. he's also sadistic and enjoyed beating up on people when and if they cross him or just don't cooperate. Some good things about him is that he's caring to children and won't allow others to harm them.
