Yet another character of 'Jailed', I have to say that this is my favorite because he is very complex. He's a silver-tongue and a manipulator, he can read people expression's and his years in Brokenfang have taught him that it's 'everytemnokt for himself' in that place, so he doesn't care about making friends and he only cares to talk about 'business'. Serious, no-nonsense and quick-tempered, he is known for taking advantage of any situation when it benefits him, the word 'kindness' is foreign to him. Neckslicer doesn't do charity, nor things for free, he will only do something if it benefits him. But there's more to him that the heartless facade he shows...
