Description Every girl dreams about this, right? I actually did a picture of "me" in a wedding gown in another image, tho the Tudors Scene-maker demonstrates the style I want in my dream gown much better.

I always wanted to go for the traditional Russian court gown style, kinda like what Anastasia wore in the cartoon when she finally found her grandmother & realized she was the real Grand Duchess who had been lost all those years. Both mom & I would team up to make it, since there's NO way we'd pay some1 to make it, & forget about finding it in a store . Home-made wedding gowns are more special anyway .

I was actually having trouble deciding between having a full or a flowing skirt for this image. The flowing skirt looked better, tho the outfit seems more "Lord of the Rings" in this image than Russian . (I couldn't exactly make angel sleeves with the Tudors scene-maker).

The necklace (which would be too small to see in this image) is supposed to be a movie replica of Arwen's Evenstar necklace, (complete with earrings ). I would either make the forehead necklace myself or buy a LOTR replica of 1 of the elven crowns.

I couldn't show this in the image, but I would love having my wedding on a hotel terrace overlooking the ocean on the west coast. My only concern would be wind, since it's always windy near the beach, but having the ceremony on a terrace would be a LOT easier than on an actual beach . Less sand in everything, lol.

I love singing "Once Upon A December" once in a while . Don't forget to see what the real Grand Duchesses wore. My dream gown is a little like that too, only no sash & not such a ridiculously long train. And white.

lol when I was like 5 my grandma made me a full on ballgown like Bell's in Beauty and the Beast, it was crazy, def. made me feel like a princess when I was like a princess. Think my dream dress is something like Padme's wedding dress in Star Wars episode two, but just a little fuller so I look like a princess.

Awwww that is so sweet . My mom made me a Belle costume for Halloween when I was 6 (the year it came out in theaters) & boy did I love it . It was her golden ballgown. I wore my brother's little medieval cape w/ it b/c it was cold on Halloween that year.

Years later...(long after I'd outgrown it), she sold it to another mom who needed a nice costume for her little girl .

I actually kinda like Padme's wedding gown. It was beautiful & simple, & perfect for a secret wedding. I hear it was made from an antique bedspread from Australia . The Princess look is still popular as always at weddings . I can't tell u how many tiaras & rhinestone crowns I've seen in the fabric store when it comes to bridal headdresses . My mom, when she made her gown, actually made something like a starched cloth crown covered in plastic pearls for her veil.

Oh, a little word of advice: don't ever have a wedding gown made with a hoop-skirt, especially if you're a Catholic. You have to practice in how to wear such a skirt so it won't go up over your head when u kneel or crouch down. I heard that happened to a bride at a Catholic wedding . Poor girl was soooo embarrassed.

yeah im Catholic, I would DIE if that happened...but you gotta think bout every lil thing when picking a dress. My boyfriend...well fiance now proposed in March and looking at wedding dresses is SO fun all the dresses and tiaras (don't know how on earth ima choose! lol)

I still have my belle dress, and yes it was the gold one, I have it packed away stored under my bed, hopefully I can give it to my daughter some day.

At least u have the important part to the wedding: a groom . Hmm, maybe u can have a white version of Belle's dress made for the gown, in an adult size . That's cute tho, having a costume for a possible daughter .

Oh, and the style of gown is important regarding where the ceremony will be. If it's indoors, it won't matter what u wear b/c of climate control. But if ur outdoors either in the cold, the heat of summer, etc, you don't wanta sweat to death in ur gown, but u also don't wanta freeze either.

yeah its going to be a winter or fall wedding bc like i said before, I hate the heat lol. I was thinking bout having my grandmother make a white Belle dress for my flower girl to where and then the ring bearer a little prince outfit, will be SO cute
