Persian style caftan I created from some remnant fabrics I acquired from a local store. I loosely based the pattern off of historical examples, but my aim was to try and create something that was from Kingdom of Heaven; specifically Princess Sibylla. The belt is a remnant also. I hand sewn glass pearls and attached a brooch that was bought but fits with the color scene. It has two hook and eye closures and is fitted. The rest of the costume was not made by me.Related content

Thanks, it is a pretty simple pattern... but finding the fabric made it look much cooler... yay for remnants!
