The GLP Constitution made some major changes to the way the new Lesbian World Government ran.Each region would now send one of their Princesses to an election, run in the style of a beauty pageant.
The winning Princess would be entitled Queen, and would go on to compete with the other Queens to be titled Empress.
These terms were for one year, but a girl could run as much as she wanted.
