Hey Akari-Sakata, sorry for the long time between replies, I get notification emails when my Etsy gets messages but I only check deviant art when I'm posting something new or checking up on my fav artists for inspiration.
Anyway! I would say yes to returns, since you're paying shipping it would be pretty mean of me to deny returns when I'm only losing the 20 cents it costs to relist it.
