It is said that the new Outsider was once an empress of the isles, though circumstances unknown to us as to how she obtained her powers or how she ruled her subjects. Many suspect that she was not satisfied with her life and always felt inferior to those who could manipulate the world through black magic and tear apart years of carefully built structure and order. Her followers seem to suggest otherwise painting her in a light that portrays her no differently than any one of us, just dealt a bad hand.

I was trying to learn from the artists who did the amazing world building and character design in Dishonored. I saw that Bethesda released a official cosplay guide

for Emily, Corvo and Outsider, and I knew I wanted to try to recreate Emily's portrait (from the guide titled Emily's twist) but with a twist of my own. When I was playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate, I fell in love with Evie Frye's Bloofer Lady outfit (Yes, that's the official name) and I wondered what Emily would look like in an outfit like that.
