Suggest By who suggested a female articuno. And once again I KNOW it has no gender but it had to cause it was gonna be draw in gijinka form.

I had a lot of fun with this one. I noticed a lot a female articuno gijinkas don't have a dress. in fact some of them aren't really good designs idk why i put the dress. I just felt i can easily see a gijinka one wear one. And yeah i KNOW she looks to gentle x3.

I kinda think i fail the wings sorry
