Description I woke up this morning to find that our little neck of the woods (no pun intended) had received its first real snowfall. I almost lost all my fingers to frostbite just to get this picture.

Spffft... I'm going to leave. Right now. Argh... while you get this nice, cool, awesome weather of awesomeness, we get really hot and steamy days, and really dangerous and scary thunderstorms at night/in the evening.

It's a beautiful photo, by the way. The colours all work together really well.

Ooooh! Snowy woods! We have this interesting paradox up here where there are still full-leafed trees with snow on them. Orange leaves, of course, but few things are more beautiful than orange leaves with white snow.

I was so glad the snow stayed off the roads but disappointed that there were no delays for school. I was more disappointed that most of the snow had melted before I got home. I still got some cool pics that will come on soon.

Wow that's so cool! It's been a long time since I've seen snow like that. Being that I live in rural Louisiana, we also have plenty of woods around my home, but never snow sadly Just lots of rain and plenty of hot, humid weather year round until right around this time, when it gets really, really cold. Still no snow though

Oh, the humidity kills me. X_X Sometimes it gets so bad, you feel like you have to swim everywhere you go.

Yeah, I know how that is The humidity can get super bad down in Louisiana, since were' literally down at theΒ bottom of the US. Worst thing about it though is that Louisiana's weather is almost completely unpredictable. Ask anyone else from here and they'll tell you the same thing: You never know what it's going to do here lol.
