If I could but only be sure as to not frighten you or disturb the stillness with my presents , I would run to you if but to only touch the spot where you once stood.
To smell the scent's of the changing of the year you only moments ago enjoyed . To see those things you witnessed and looked upon as lovely , would surely bring me to my knees and have me gasp at it's beauty .
But even this would quickly fade and turn to gray at the mere thought of your slightest glance my direction . And I weep openly as I remember once again , Youth and beauty are yours, not mine .
