Katherine Durless is a demon of Durless Angelina's unborn child. She has crimson hair and ruby-red eyes. She often wears red dresses that are usually decorated with roses, ribbons or feathers. Her accessories include low-heeled, dark red shoes with the same decorations as her dress, red nail polish and red diamond earrings that matches her dress and shoes. She nearly always wears a eye-patch over her right eye because of a injury that makes her eye crystal blue. Usually, it's a red eye-patch with a single cord as part of her day wear. However, while in disguise, she wears a medical-looking, white patch which fastens with two cords. She's always a side with Grell Sutcliff, the grim reaper, who she claims to be her master. Thanks to her love for him, she's the only demon who has never made a Faustian contract. From the moment she finds out that she is actually unborn daughter of Angelina Durless and that Grell is responsible for her death, Katherine stops every contact with him and becomes obsessed with Phantomhive Ciel's safety.
