And now for a whole brand new character for my LOZ story. Mirk is a nine year old kid who lives out in the Lost Woods. His role in the story is the equivalent of Navi/Tatl/Midna. He tells Link how to do stuff lol!

His family has been in posession of both the Master Sword AND the Triforce of Courage for centuries. Their job is to protect both until somebody worthy comes along. Mirk's mother died when he was very young, and his father disappeared. This means Mirk has been left with a lot of responsibility. And Link...the chosen hero...doesn't know how to swing a sword. GASP! Laurie throws a new twist at you again! So it's Mirk's job to teach Link how to be a true fighter, and most of all, how to be courageous.

Mirk isn't perfect himself. Having been isolated from society by location, duty, AND talent has made him a bit of an outcast. He doesn't know how to talk to people, so he's incredibly obnoxious, and he's also very proud. He's also never had any real friends before. Mirk is one of my most favorite characters I've made up for this story so far. And he's completely and utterly my creation.

This means Mirk is MY brainchild, and if anybody steals him, I will stalk them, and gut them, and then make them cry. Then I'll talk trash about their mom after I kick them on the ground a couple of times. Either that, or I'll just plain simple do the good old American thing and take legal action on your sorry @$$.

Oh! I also forgot...Mirk has a flute/penny whistle. I forgot to draw it in. It has magical significance...though I haven't figured it out yet. All I know is it wouldn't be a LOZ story without a flute. Lol!
