Level headed, his anger doesn't usually come out unless his employees or his family is threatened. Fearless, he just shines with authority and everyone respects him. Of course this is how he behaves in public. When with his family he can be a pretty goofy mech. He gushes over Trotter and Stampede when he first meets them and even over Angela. Very loving toward his mate and occassionally shows tough love to his boys

History:
Headstrong is Thunderhoof's and Tantrum's Dad and the former Don of the Mafia. He may be retired but he still has authority and if his boys do something he doesn't like he puts his pede down hard.
That being said, he is a very caring Sire and is proud of his sons. Hardly anyone outside the mafia has seen his more goofy side. He and Ramhorn are the perfect couple and hardly fight about anything.
When Thunderhoof was arrested Headstrong was forced to leave Cybertron and became separated from his mate and his sons.
