for a while, every red car that passed was yours. every time the phone rang, it was you. when i heard the sound the computer makes when someone IMs me, it was your screen name i saw. i\'ll always wonder why it took me so long to get over you. we really weren;t the worlds greatest couple. i was so whipped i was nearly obsessed, and you cared more about the condition of your car than you ever dd about me. i centered my life around you; i planned nothing intil i knew when e could hang out. and that wasn\'t that often. you went out with your friends a lot, while i stayed home watching crap tv and hoping that your plans would fall through and you would call and ask to come over. i don\'t know why you bothered though. all you did was turn on the tv or sleep. i\'d go aout my business-cleaning, writing, whatever- and you\'d just sleep, only waking to fool around with me, or ask for something to eat. or for milk. you and milk. heh. and the way you eat pizza, the crust first. and the face you make when you eat. i loved it all. and i\'m still pondering why. we hardly ever had a worthwhile conversation. on the phone, you\'d ramble on about cars, and i\'d listen politely, not comprehending any of it. sometimes i didn\'t even pay attention, just a \"mmhmm\" or \"oh\" or \"yeah\" would escaping my mouth every now and then. or you\'d talk about how people pissed you off, or about the appealing physical apperance of other girls. i told you how much that bothered me...you apologized but you always did it again. and i didn\'t feel like i could say anything to you...i was always afraid you\'s tell me whatever it was i\'d say was stupid, or that you\'d get angry. what did i see in you? what made me love you so much that i stayed with you for 6 months? i\'m not sure i\'ll ever know. but, whatever it was, it\'s gone now. hooray for me.
