oh man commissions..O_o yah...this dress, because it is velveteen...and the teal cost like $20.00 a yard..it cost me at LEAST $300 in materials over time...especially with the farthingale and the corset. And all the pearling...O_o woah..now i feel naughty for spending so much. But yah..with all the hours that goes into a dress like this..i don't know what i would charge. Course..making it for yourself is much easier than making it for someone else you can't have try on the pieces when they are half done.

Renfaire commissons scare me...plushies are so much easier..

but um yah, check out =ladyrose04 She's in the guide at Bristol I want to join..omg she's good.

OMG, I could imagine that would be nearly impossible for a comission, though it didn't even occur to me that it couldn't be the right size unless the person was there!!

Thankyou! Um over all i would say it took me about 40-60 hours worth of work. ^.^ and it still needs some beading...eugh. lol

I was suposed to come out on sunday, i'm sorry i missed it too. I decided to make my way to cambridge on sunday instead though, considering that i had to choose between the two faires, unlike my original plan to go to both, one on each day. *sigh* oh well.

thanks about the sleeves too! I had posted the black ones that I made but then found i had enough fabric to make the sleeves i have on now. Eventually i will remake them..because they are not the most comfortable sleeves to wear. But they are pretty ^.^
