Description After playing DA2 about 10 times, I finally decided to try DA Origins and found that Alistair is awesome! He is everything you wished for in a romantic interest on the second game and didn't have.

Alistair is my favorite too. I was disappointed that they didn't have a romantic option like him on 2. I haven't played 3 yet.

I liked that in DA you could stop and hug/kiss your LI randomly and have a little cutscene as you were running round the world.  I think being able to do that in DA2 would have improved the romances a lot. Instead it was a big buildup, a PG rated cutscene, and then everyone starts acting like nothing happened - even if they move in with you! 

But yes, Alistair is awesome.  And this Alistair is particularly awesome.
