Today is Miss Yuffie Kisaragi's 22nd birthday. Yep, she's 22 years old this year.
Happy Birthday you Materia Princess! Hopefully you liked the gift that I personally made from a few weeks ago!

How this drawing comes about: I was rough sketching ideas for this picture and one of them happens to be a father-daughter hug in their hometown of Wutai. I decided, that since Godo is known for his original outfit in the original FFVII game, Yuffie needs to be in her original outfit from that games as well (she got too many outfits! XD), so the subjects are relative to each other.
The backround was a last mintue idea after I finished hte inking process of the figures. Due to the lack of images of the Wutai hometown, I just went with my instincts and hopefully that it looked like the real thing in my verison.
Nevertheless, I was proud overall with the drawing, especially when drawing Godo's outift and facial features. I also had the lack of pictures of him as well due to the unpopularity of characters, but hey, at least we fan artists can create a waterfall of new versions of Mr. Kisaragi, right?

Concievied in two and a half weeks with colored pencils, charcoal, pen & ink, and pastels. I'm just an art material whore. XD
