Description This is a very very very late birthday present that's been sitting on my desk gathering dust since May. It's for a friend who's leaving for Wales at the end of the month. I thought if I took the time to scan it and submit it here, I might finally remember to give it to her.

Oh, and by the way, she's a huge fan of Stephen Fry. In case, you know, you couldn't tell.

I dare you to not find this man utterly, toe-curlingly delightful. Clockwise from top, he's Oscar Wilde in the film "Wilde" (duh); his sometime collaborator and pet Hugh Laurie; Jeeves in the adaption of P.G. Wodehouse's "Jeeves and Wooster"; the host on "QI" (stands for "quite interesting"), and General Melchett in "Blackadder".

Damn. I love Blackadder, and but I had no idea Steven Fry was General Melchett! ^^ Then again, I didn't know who Hugh Laurie was either until someone pointed it out to me. I guess I didn't know either of them when I watched the series. And they were both a bit younger at the time. I have to watch Jeeves and Woodster!

My favorite is the general. Just gotta love that expression. Kudos on the obligtory Hugh Laurie appearance. Love that man, even though I'm the noobish know-him-from-House type. XD

Gorgeous. The only problem I can see is in the main figure of Mr Fry the lapels are too low for the modern style. The upper lapels (collar) should not go past the points of the shirt collar but should not end on the shoulders either. (mum was a fashion illustrator...)

Anyway, I love the tele series of Jeeves and Wooster! They both do so fabulously in it.

So that's what QI stands for... I just thought it was like Intelligence Quota (or whatever IQ stands for in reverse...), fascinating. I learn something new every other day.

Yes, well he says the purpose of QI IS to make life more interesting

I'm not surprised you're familiar with the craft of fashion, the clothes on your figures have a very designer type of feel to them.

It does indeed! I love that Welsh man on it... what's his name... Alan? Anyway, he's very funny.

Yes, I've essentially been studying fashion history since I could hold a book (and art history) because those were most of the books we had lying around our place.
