FINALLY! After several months of working on it, coming back, working on it, coming back...it is finished!Hee Hee Heeee! And I am so pleased with how it came out! I can not WAIT to see what thinks of what I did with her line art. The moment I she posted this I KNEW I had to color it, the amount of detail in the illustration just made me salivate.

I love this so much though *____* The sparkle in their eyes just suddnely caught my attention, but really, all the colors and the technique you use were fantastic!
The thing I think I like the bext about this though is that you did Fai's eyes the two different colors

I really enjoyed working on this, even as time consuming as it was, And I liked your water colors too. I'm really happy that this worked out as well as it did.
And I thought that it would be interesting to have Fai's eyes be different color. Plus, I'm pretty sure that had this 'sport' story line set after the end of TRC, but I may have read it wrong. I just think it looks cool really.

Thank you very much. A friend of mine/artist I watch created this and as soon as I saw it I KNEW I had to do it. I am MAJORLY proud of how this turned out, though there may be some things I might go back and fix after a little while.

*GYAAAAA* I love it! The dusty blues and periwinkle you chose for Fye's clothing is gorgeous, and Kuro-sama looks awesome in his black and berry and deep blood red! The "gold" that they're wearing is nicely done, too~ Fye's is all pale sunshine and Kuro-rin's is coppery and warm.
I love how the magic is shifting from blue to red as it goes from caster to recipient, and how the shift is mirrored in the background. I hadn't explained it in the description but Fye's casting a buff on his Fighter, so that's just perfect. <3
My gosh, you did such a nice job on Kuro-sama's hair. @w@ So shiny~ *pets it* The shimmery glittery magic is just such love, and the little shine-dots in the power stones are wonderful too~ Lovely lovely lovely. <3

Hee Hee ^_^ I'm glad you like it.
I tried to pick color schemes that would reflect those of their costumes from cannon, but then I wanted to add a unifying element in their gold accents (Though as you noticed I picked different shades to match their personalities and colors better)
With the magic it seemed to make sense for the color to shift as it passed between them, and I tried to make the background almost reminiscent of a holographic card like for trading purposes. (After all, if the companies making money in a video game, why not sell merch of their most famous players?)
And I'm glad to hear you love Kuro's hair....spikes are such a pain. *laughs* I may go back and dim the highlight a bit, or else amp up Fai's, not sure yet. And I wasn't sure if the glimmer marks made the gems too cheesy or not, But I just thought it was whimsical.
