This is a pic of Sailor Moon princess Chibiusa in her wonderful white dress omg i love this dress it's so beautiful i made 4 versions of this pic but i don't know if i should upload them all
yesterday evening i started at 22:30 and finished at 1:30
it's done with copic and alpha markers and some glitter colour, arrangement done on the pc with serif photoplus
the background is not by me it's again by a great sailor moon artist who makes wonderful backgrounds oh yuni i love your backgrounds and that's why this pic is dedicated to you because i know how much you like rini
