Wow, this is incredibly beautiful! I really admire the way you stylized the environment as it looks dang good and fits to the character perfectly. Especially that water is gorgeous! Elsie looks really pretty, too, and I really love the idea of her finding this sort of secluded little spot where she can relax on her own.
