Nice job. Could probably use a little heavier shading though. I also kinda assume the studs around the neck guard are holes instead of studs- I'm guessing for securing a helmet- since they're on the inside as well as the outside.

And you'd have to ask the original artist about that, but that does seem like a likely possibility.

The initial idea behind those studs was to say there was some sort of metal in the collar part. You know.. to protect from neck shots by a sword...but Making it holes for a helmet sounds awesome too!

Very very nice! I like it. Looking like he really has been through a tough war. Stained armor and an elegant smile! One thing I did notice was the eyes. Green was the exact color I was thinking they should be so... YEA!
